Chicken tenders

Potato
2 tbsp
Greek Yogurt (plain)
1/4 tsp
Smoked Paprika
1/4 tsp
Curry powder
1 cup
Garden salad blend

- Step 1
Clean & cut the potatoes into wedges (peeling is optional). - Step 2
Place the potato wedges in the air fryer basket. Drizzle with olive oil & season with smoked paprika & salt. Toss well, then cook for 20 min at 400°F, stirring halfway through. - Step 3
Add the chicken tenders to the air fryer basket on top of the potatoes. Cook for 10-12 min at 400°F, flipping the chicken tenders halfway through, until crispy. - Step 4
Meanwhile, prepare the curry sauce. In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, curry powder & a drizzle of olive oil. Season to taste with salt & pepper. - Step 5
When cooked through, remove the chicken tenders & potato wedges from the air fryer. Both should be golden & crispy. - Step 6
Serve with creamy curry sauce for dipping & a side of salad greens, dressed to your liking. Enjoy!
