Spring mix lettuce

Italian dressing

- Step 1
Clean & cut the potatoes into quarters (peeling is optional!). - Step 2
Place the potato wedges in the air fryer basket. Drizzle with olive oil, then season with salt, pepper & half of the Italian seasoning. Toss well, then cook for 10-15 min at 400°F. - Step 3
After 10-15 min, stir the potatoes & move them to one side of the air fryer basket. - Step 4
Add the chicken to the other side of the air fryer basket. Drizzle with olive oil, then season with salt, pepper & the remaining Italian seasoning. Transfer to the air fryer & cook for 15-20 more min at 400°F, flipping the chicken halfway through. - Step 5
Once the potatoes & chicken are cooked through, remove them from the air fryer. - Step 6
In a bowl, dress the lettuce with Italian dressing. - Step 7
Arrange the chicken on a plate with the potatoes & green salad. Serve with sides of ketchup & mustard, if you'd like. Enjoy!
