✅ Where is my order confirmation?

When checking out in the Jow app, you will receive two confirmation emails; one from Jow & one from your Grocery store. When checking out directly from your grocer, you will receive one.

If you did not receive this email confirmation, verify with their customer service, or look through your most recent order history to ensure that your order went through successfully. Please reach out to the customer service of your grocer or us at support@jow.com for any questions or concerns.
