✏️ How do I make changes to my account?

To make changes to your account like personal information and delivery address, go to your Jow account:

From the app:

  • Tap on the little person icon.

  • Tap on My accounts.

  • Choose a grocery account and make your changes from there.

From the website:

  • Hover over your name in the top right-hand corner.

  • Click on My accounts

  • Click on your active account and make your changes from there.

Keep in mind, you can only make the changes mentioned above by adding a store to the Jow app. With a social account

To change or edit your email address or password, go to your supermarket’s website. If you change your email address, please contact us at support@jow.com in order to be able to retrieve the orders from your account attached to the old address.

If you wish to delete your account then please send us an email at support@jow.com.
