❤️ Create an Account on JOW

You can create a JOW account from Facebook, Apple or Google by choosing the "sign in without a sign" option on the home page after clicking sign in.

✏️ Change my Account, Personal Information, or Address.

To make a change to your preferences or personal information, go to your JOW account:

● on the app: click on the little guy icon -> "personal info" or "home settings"

● on the website: hover over your name -> "address and payment" or "settings"

To change or edit on your email address or password, go to your supermarket’s website. If you change your email address, please contact us at support@jow.fr in order to be able to retrieve the orders from your account attached to the old address.

📱 How do I manage my contact preferences (notifications, emails, newsletter)?

To subscribe to our newsletter and be kept up to date with the latest news, our new recipes and benefit from exclusive offers, sign up for our newsletter via "My account",> "Personal info",> "Contact preference",> "Emails".

If you'd like to stop receiving news from us (which makes us a little sad 😢), go to the same section.
