My Account

❤️ Create a Jow Account

You can create a Jow account from Facebook, Apple or Google by choosing the "sign in without a sign" option on the home page after clicking sign in.

✏️ Modify My Account, Personal Information, or Address

To make a change to your preferences or personal information, go to your Jow account:

● on the app: tap the profile icon in the menu at the bottom and choose what you'd like to edit

● on the website: hover over your name in the top right corner and select what you would like to edit

To change or edit on your email address or password, go to your supermarket’s website. If you change your email address, please contact us at support@jow.com in order to be able to retrieve the orders from your account attached to the old address.

If you wish to delete your account then please send us an email at support@jow.com.

📱 Manage my Contact Preferences (Notifications, Emails, Newsletter)

To subscribe to our newsletter and be kept up to date with the latest news, hear about our newest recipes, and benefit from exclusive offers, sign up for our newsletter via My account> Personal info> Contact preferences and check the boxes.

If you'd like to stop receiving news from us (😢), go to the same section and uncheck the boxes.
