- Étape 1
In a frying pan on medium heat, add the ground beef & taco seasoning. Break up the meat into small pieces using a spatula & cook until the meat is well browned, about 5-7 min. Remove from the heat & set aside. - Étape 2
Cut the avocado in half & peel back the skin. Thinly slice the avocado. - Étape 3
In a small bowl, combine the sour cream, juice of half of the lime(s), salt & pepper to taste & a generous drizzle of olive oil. Mix to combine. - Étape 4
Add the lettuce to a plate. Top with drained & rinsed black beans, the taco meat, shredded cheese, the sliced avocado, salsa & crushed tortilla chips. Drizzle the sour cream dressing on top. Serve & enjoy!
