1 càc
Vinaigre de cidre

Cook the rice according to package instructions. - Étape 2
Wash the pepper, remove the seeds & dice. - Étape 3
Rinse & thinly slice the green onion. - Étape 4
Season the pork with salt & pepper. Mix it all together with your hands or a spoon. - Étape 5
Break off about 1.5 tbsp of meat & roll into a ball. Repeat until the meat is all used. - Étape 6
Heat a drizzle oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the meatballs & brown on all sides for 5-6 min. - Étape 7
Add the bell pepper & green onion to the pan. Stir, cover & cook for 4-5 min. - Étape 8
Uncover & stir. Mix in apple cider vinegar, pineapple chunks & ketchup. Season with salt & pepper. Mix until well-combined. - Étape 9
Fluff the cooked rice with a fork. - Étape 10
Serve the saucy meatballs over a fluffy bed of rice. Garnish with more green onion & enjoy!
