Spicy Veggie Stir Fry

Chili garlic sauce

Sauce soja salée

Cook the rice according to package instructions. - Étape 2
Rinse & thinly slice the scallion. - Étape 3
Add frozen veggies & a splash of water to a fry pan over medium-high heat. Stir & cover. Cook the veggies for 4-5 min, or until defrosted. - Étape 4
Uncover & add soy sauce, oil & chili garlic sauce. Mix it all together. Stir-fry the veggies for 3-4 min. - Étape 5
Fluff the cooked rice with a fork. - Étape 6
Serve the stir-fried veggies over a fluffy bed of rice. Garnish with scallions & enjoy!
