recette

  • Étape 1
In a small bowl, add the hoisin sauce, chili oil, five spice powder & tahini. Whisk together & set aside.
  • Étape 2
Rinse & thinly slice the green onion. Separate the white & light green parts from the darker green parts.
  • Étape 3
Heat a drizzle of oil in a skillet on medium heat. Add the ground pork & season with salt. Break up the pork & cook until its no longer pink, about 3-4 min.
  • Étape 4
Add the white & light green slices of the green onion to the skillet. Stir & cook until the pork is well browned, about 3-4 min. Remove from the heat.
  • Étape 5
In a pot of boiling water, cook the noodles according to the package directions. Reserve about 1/2 a cup of the cooking water per serving. Drain the noodles.
  • Étape 6
Add the cooking water to the bowl with the prepared sauce. Stir together. Add the sauce to a serving bowl. Place the cooked noodles on top. Then, top the noodles with the cooked pork & the remaining green onion.
  • Étape 7
Mix the noodles & spicy sauce together. Serve the noodles with additional chili oil if desired. Enjoy!
