Defrost shrimp if needed. Cook the rice according to package instructions. - Étape 2
In a bowl, combine spicy mayo, soy sauce & half the sesame seeds. Mix well to combine. - Étape 3
Add in the shrimp & toss until evenly coated. Set aside. - Étape 4
Peel & dice the mango. - Étape 5
Halve the avocado & remove the pit. Dice the avocado. - Étape 6
Fluff the cooked rice with a fork. Stir in 1 tbsp rice vinegar if you have (optional)! - Étape 7
Build the poke bowl! In a bowl, arrange everything over the rice & sprinkle the remaining sesame seeds on top! Enjoy!
