Saucy Meatball Garlic Bread Sliders

Sauce marinara

- Étape 1
Preheat the oven to 350ºF. Peel & finely chop the garlic. - Étape 2
Wash & chop the parsley. - Étape 3
Slice the slider buns in half. Add the buns, cut side up to a sheet tray lined with parchment paper & a drizzle of olive oil. - Étape 4
In a small bowl, combine the garlic, parsley & butter. Microwave for about 30 seconds to melt the butter. - Étape 5
Brush the slider buns with the garlic butter mixture. Add the buns to the oven at 350ºF for 8-10 mins or until the buns are lightly toasted. - Étape 6
Meanwhile, grate the mozzarella cheese. - Étape 7
Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a skillet on medium heat. Add the meatballs & marinara sauce. Cook for 4-5 min or until the meatballs are fully heated through. - Étape 8
Remove the slider buns from the oven. Add the meatballs to the bottom slider buns. Top with the remaining sauce. Add the mozzarella cheese to the top & bottom slider buns. Add the sliders back to the oven to melt the cheese, about 2-3 min. - Étape 9
Serve the sliders with additional marinara sauce if desired. Enjoy!
