- Étape 1
Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Add frozen fish sticks to air fryer basket & cook for 10 min, or until golden & crispy. - Étape 2
Meanwhile, peel & cut the mango into cubes. - Étape 3
Wash & cut the red bell pepper into small cubes. - Étape 4
Peel & finely chop the red onion. - Étape 5
Wash & chop the cilantro. - Étape 6
Add the mango, red bell pepper, red onion & cilantro to a bowl. Drizzle with olive oil & season with salt & pepper. Add a squeeze of lime juice if you have any! Stir to combine. - Étape 7
In a small bowl, add the spicy mayo & a splash of water to thin out the mayo. Whisk to combine. - Étape 8
Layer the flour tortillas on a dish with a small piece of damp paper towel in between each tortilla. Heat the tortillas in the microwave for about 30 seconds. - Étape 9
To assemble the tacos, add the fish sticks to the flour tortillas. Top with the mango salsa & drizzle the spicy mayo on top. Finish the tacos with additional cilantro & a squeeze of lime juice if you have any. Enjoy!
