- Étape 1
Preheat the oven to 425ºF. Line a sheet tray with foil or parchment paper. Add the chicken tenders & heat through according to package directions, about 12-15 min. - Étape 2
Peel & thinly slice the red onion. To a small bowl, add the sliced red onion, red wine vinegar, Italian seasoning & a generous drizzle of olive oil. Stir & let the onions marinate in the dressing while you prepare the rest of the ingredients. - Étape 3
Wash & chop the romaine lettuce. - Étape 4
Wash & cut the cherry tomatoes in half. - Étape 5
Remove the chicken tenders from the oven. Assemble the salad: add the lettuce to a dish, top with the cherry tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, pepperoncini & chicken tenders. Garnish the salad with the marinated onions & drizzle on the remaining dressing. Serve & enjoy!
