Pasta with Beans & Greens

Chou kale

1/4 cup
Haricots blancs nature (cuits)

1/2 cup
Pâtes (coquillettes)

2 càs
Parmesan (râpé)

1 cup
Bouillon de légumes (liquide)

1 gou.
Ail

1 càc
Piment rouge broyé

- Étape 1
Wash & thinly slice the kale. Drain & rinse the beans, then set aside. - Étape 2
Heat a drizzle of oil in a frying pan on medium heat. Add the kale & season with salt & pepper. Stir & cook until the kale is wilted, about 4-5 min. - Étape 3
Grate the garlic into the pan. Stir & cook for an additional 1-2 min. - Étape 4
Add the veggie broth & macaroni. Bring the broth to a boil, then lower to a simmer & cover. Cook until the pasta is al dente & the broth is mostly absorbed, about 6-8 min. - Étape 5
Remove the pan from the heat. Add the drained beans, grated parmesan & red pepper flakes. Stir to combine. - Étape 6
Serve the pasta & garnish with additional grated parmesan, red pepper flakes & a drizzle of olive oil. Enjoy!
