- Étape 1
Wash & dice celery into small pieces. - Étape 2
Peel & chop garlic. - Étape 3
Peel & chop onion. - Étape 4
Heat a drizzle of oil in a pot over medium heat. Add onion, garlic & celery. Sauté for 3 min or until veggies have softened. - Étape 5
Add diced tomatoes & season with salt & pepper. Sauté for an additional 3 min. - Étape 6
Add broth & bring to a boil. - Étape 7
Stir in beans & macaroni pasta. Cover & cook for 8 min or until pasta is cooked to your liking. - Étape 8
Add spinach & stir until wilted. Remove soup from the heat & serve, topped with parmesan cheese. Enjoy!
