Sauce pesto

Wash & halve the cherry tomatoes. - Étape 2
Roughly chop Kalamata olives. - Étape 3
Roughly chop sun-dried tomatoes. - Étape 4
In a pot of salted boiling water, cook the orzo according to package instructions. Strain & rinse under cool water to stop the cooking. Transfer to a large bowl. - Étape 5
Add in pesto, sun-dried tomatoes, Kalamata olives, cherry tomatoes & mini mozzarella balls. Mix it all together. Serve with a fresh squeeze of lemon. Enjoy!
