recette

  • Étape 1
Wash & quarter the potatoes (peeling is optional).
  • Étape 2
Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket & drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt, pepper & oregano (optional). Mix well, then cook at 400°F for 10-15 min.
  • Étape 3
After 10-15 min, stir the potatoes & move them to one side of the air fryer basket. Add the fish fillets to the other side of the basket. Return to the air fryer & cook at 400°F for 10-12 min, until everything is cooked through.
  • Étape 4
Meanwhile, in a saucepan of boiling salted water, cook the peas for 4-5 min. When tender, drain them.
  • Étape 5
Once the potatoes & fish fillets are golden brown & cooked through, remove them from the air fryer.
  • Étape 6
Serve the fish fillets on a plate with the potatoes, peas & tartar sauce. Drizzle the peas with olive oil & season with salt. Add some fresh herbs & lemon, if you have any. Enjoy!

Times and temperatures vary for all air fryers, so try cooking in batches and avoid overcrowding the basket for even cooking! Always refer to the air fryer manual for best practices & results!
