Lasagna noodles
1/4 liv.
Bœuf (haché)
2 cups
Bouillon de bœuf (liquide)
2 càs
Mozzarella (râpé)
1/4
Oignon jaune
1 gou.
Ail
1 cup
Épinard (frais)
1/4 cup
Sauce marinara

- Étape 1
Peel & dice the onion. - Étape 2
Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pot over medium heat. Add the diced onion, grate in the garlic & add the ground beef. - Étape 3
Season with salt, pepper & Italian seasoning, if you have any. Stir & cook until the meat browns and the onion softens, about 3-4 min. - Étape 4
Add the marinara sauce & beef broth. Stir & bring the mixture to a boil. - Étape 5
Break up the lasagna noodles & drop them into the pot. Simmer for 8-10 min, until the noodles are al dente. - Étape 6
Add the spinach & stir it in to wilt. Remove the pot from the heat. - Étape 7
Stir in the mozzarella cheese & serve topped with additional mozzarella & grated parmesan if you have any. Enjoy!
