Creamy Chicken Alfredo Gnocchi

Crème liquide
1/2 gou.
Ail
1/8 càc
Paprika
1/8 càc

- Étape 1
Cut the chicken into 1-inch pieces. - Étape 2
Add the chicken pieces to a bowl with the Italian seasoning, paprika & a drizzle of olive oil. Mix well. - Étape 3
Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the chicken & season with salt & pepper. Cook for 3-4 min, then flip & cook for another 3-4 min, until the chicken is golden brown & fully cooked. Set aside. - Étape 4
In the same pan, melt a knob of butter over medium-high heat. Add the gnocchi to the pan & cook for 2-3 min, stirring often. Cover & continue cooking for 3 min over low heat, until golden brown. - Étape 5
Pour in the heavy cream, grate in the garlic & add the grated parmesan. Cook, stirring often, until the sauce is smooth & creamy. - Étape 6
Stir in the cooked chicken pieces & continue cooking for 2-3 min. - Étape 7
Serve the gnocchi in a bowl & finish with extra pepper & grated parmesan. Enjoy!
