  • Étape 1
    Preheat the oven to 350°F. Empty the yellow cake mix into a large bowl. Add ground cinnamon, oil, eggs, vanilla extract & milk. (Follow the package instructions for exact measurements of oil, eggs & milk. It may vary slightly!) Whisk it all together!
  • Étape 2
    Grease a muffin pan or prepare it with paper liners. Use a measuring cup to scoop equal amounts of batter into each mold, filling it about half way!
  • Étape 3
    In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, walnuts & a pinch of cinnamon.
  • Étape 4
    Spoon some walnut mixture over each muffin. Bake them in the oven at 350°F for 15-20 min, or according to the package. Check for doneness by sticking a toothpick in the center. When it comes out clean, the muffins are ready! Enjoy with a hot cup of joe : - )
