Wash & thinly slice the tomato. - Étape 2
Wash & chop the lettuce. - Étape 3
Spread the spicy mayo onto the tortilla, leaving a 1 inch boarder for wrapping. - Étape 4
Layer on the cheese, tomato & turkey slices. Top with the chopped lettuce. Season with salt & pepper. - Étape 5
Wrap the tortilla tightly & slice it in half. Wrap it in foil to take on-the-go (optional) & enjoy with a side of chips!
