Beef (ground-beef patties fresh)
1 tbsp
Onion jam
1/2 tbsp
Whole grain mustard
1 slice
Swiss cheese (slices)

- Step 1
Melt a dab of butter in a pan over medium-high heat. Toast the bun slices for 30 seconds, or until lightly golden. Then remove from heat. - Step 2
Add the burger patties to the same pan. Cook for 2-3 min on each side, or until done to your liking. - Step 3
Top the burgers with the cheese slices. Turn off the heat & cover the pan. - Step 4
Spread the onion jam & mustard onto the bun slices. - Step 5
Add the melty cheese burgers to the bottom buns. Close the burgers. Enjoy!
