Cannellini beans (cooked)

Lemon

1/2 tsp
Paprika

1/4 clove
Garlic

- Step 1
Rinse & drain the beans. Add them to a salad bowl. Peel & remove the pit from the avocado. Then chop the avocado into chunks. - Step 2
Zest the lemon into a small bowl. Then squeeze in the lemon juice. Add the minced or crushed garlic, chopped parsley, paprika, salt, pepper & a drizzle of olive oil. Whisk to combine. - Step 3
Add the avocado & dressing to the salad bowl. Toss it all together. Enjoy!
