Flour (all-purpose)

1/2 cup
Almond milk (original)

1 tsp
Sugar (granulated)

1/2 tbsp
Baking powder

optional
1/2 tsp
Cinnamon (ground)

1 tbsp
Vegetable oil

2 tbsp
Maple syrup

- Step 1
In a small bowl, whisk together the almond milk & baking powder. Set the bowl aside for 5 min. - Step 2
In another bowl, mix together the sugar, flour & a pinch of salt. - Step 3
Add the cinnamon to the dry ingredients (optional). - Step 4
Pour the milk mixture into the dry ingredients. Stir with a few swift strokes. - Step 5
Add the vegetable oil. Mix until just combined. Add a splash of water if too thick. - Step 6
Add another drizzle of vegetable oil to a skillet over medium heat. - Step 7
Pour in a ladleful of batter. - Step 8
When the batter bubbles around the edges, flip over the pancake. Cook for another 2 min, or until golden brown. Remove from the skillet & keep warm. - Step 9
Continue making pancakes with the rest of the batter. - Step 10
Serve with maple syrup. Enjoy!
