Tuna (canned)

Lemon

Heavy cream

- Step 1
In a pot of salted boiling water, cook the pasta according to the package instructions. - Step 2
Drain the pasta, reserving a bit of the cooking water. Return the pasta to the pot. - Step 3
Add the drained tuna, sour cream, ricotta cheese, salt & pepper. Then add the lemon zest & juice. Add some pasta cooking water if too thick. - Step 4
Stir to combine. Top with torn fresh parsley leaves (optional). Serve immediately!
