Black beans (canned)

Guacamole
1/4 cup

- Step 1
Preheat the oven to 425°F. Line a sheet tray with parchment paper. Add the tater tots in an even layer. Bake in the oven according to package instructions until nicely crisped, about 15-20 min, tossing halfway. - Step 2
Wash & small dice the tomato. - Step 3
Remove the crispy tots from the oven. Top with a layer of rinsed & drained black beans. Add a few pickled jalapeños (optional). Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top. Bake everything in the oven for 5-7 min until the cheese is well melted. - Step 4
Remove the tray from the oven. Top the totchos with diced tomatoes & shredded lettuce. Add several dollops of guacamole & sour cream on top. Add a pinch of red pepper flakes for a kick or some fresh cilantro if you have! Enjoy!
