- Step 1
Cut the chicken breast into 1-inch pieces. - Step 2
Coat the chicken in the tandoori spices. - Step 3
Thread the chicken onto skewers. - Step 4
Mince the cucumber. - Step 5
Chop the mint. - Step 6
In a small bowl, combine the cucumber, mint, yogurt, salt, pepper & a drizzle of olive oil. - Step 7
Heat another drizzle of oil in a pan over medium-low heat. Add the skewers & cook for 5-7 min, turning frequently. - Step 8
Cover the pan for juicier chicken! - Step 9
Serve the spiced chicken skewers with the raita (cucumber-yogurt sauce). Enjoy!
