recipe
- Step 1
In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, panko breadcrumbs, egg & half of the Worcestershire sauce. Season with garlic powder & onion powder if you have. Add a pinch of salt & pepper. Use your hands or a spoon to mix until combined. - Step 2
Scoop a heaping tablespoon of the meat mixture & form into a ball. Repeat with the remaining meat. - Step 3
Peel & small dice the onion. - Step 4
Heat a drizzle of oil on a pan over medium-high heat. Add the meatballs in an even layer. Sear 1-2 min on all sides. Transfer to a plate. - Step 5
In the same pan, over medium heat, add diced onions. Stir & cook 1-2 min, until translucent. Add broth & noodles. Stir & add the meatballs back in. Cover the pan & simmer for 7-8 min, until the noodles are cooked. - Step 6
Remove the lid & reduce the heat to low. Stir in Dijon mustard, remaining Worcestershire sauce & heavy cream. Stir well to combine. Season with salt & pepper. Mix & cook 1 more min. Remove from heat. - Step 7
Serve everything hot, in a bowl. Garnish with fresh parsley if you have. Enjoy!
