  • Step 1
    Wash & trim the green beans. Add them to a pot of salted boiling water. Cook for 2-3 min. Then drain & set aside.
  • Step 2
    Wash & halve the tomatoes.
  • Step 3
    Chop the parsley.
  • Step 4
    Arrange the drained chickpeas, green beans, cherry tomatoes, olives & parsley on a serving plate. Top with crumbled feta.
  • Step 5
    Add a generous drizzle of olive oil. Season with salt & pepper. Serve & enjoy!
