Summer Green Bean Salad

Green beans (fresh)
1/3 cup
Chickpeas (canned)
1/3 cup
Cherry tomatoes
1/8 cup
Black olives (pitted)
1 tbsp
Feta cheese (block)

1 tbsp
Parsley (fresh)

- Step 1
Wash & trim the green beans. Add them to a pot of salted boiling water. Cook for 2-3 min. Then drain & set aside. - Step 2
Wash & halve the tomatoes. - Step 3
Chop the parsley. - Step 4
Arrange the drained chickpeas, green beans, cherry tomatoes, olives & parsley on a serving plate. Top with crumbled feta. - Step 5
Add a generous drizzle of olive oil. Season with salt & pepper. Serve & enjoy!
