  • Step 1
    Cook the rice according to the package instructions.
  • Step 2
    Peel & thinly slice the onion.
  • Step 3
    Peel & mince the garlic.
  • Step 4
    Wash the pepper & remove the seeds. Thinly slice the pepper.
  • Step 5
    Heat a drizzle of oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the peppers, onion & garlic. Cook, stirring for 3 min.
  • Step 6
    Wash the cherry tomatoes. Add the tomatoes & a splash of water to the pan. Cover & cook for 2 min.
  • Step 7
    Slice the steak into strips.
  • Step 8
    Combine the steak, soy sauce, sugar & grated or minced ginger in a small bowl. Stir the flavors together.

    Add the steak & sauce to the pan. Sauté for 3 min, or until the steak is cooked to your liking.
  • Step 10
    Serve the steak & veggies over a bed of fluffy rice. Season with salt & pepper. Garnish with chopped cilantro (optional). Enjoy!
