Cauliflower pizza crust (frozen)

1/2 cup
Spinach artichoke dip

1/2 cup
Artichoke hearts

1/2 cup
Mozzarella (shredded)

2 sprigs
Basil (fresh)

- Step 1
Preheat the oven to 425°F. Add a drizzle of olive oil to a parchment paper-lined sheet tray. Cut the artichoke hearts into quarters, if needed. - Step 2
Add the cauliflower crust to the prepared sheet tray. Spread the spinach-artichoke dip evenly on the crust, leaving a 1-inch border. Top it with the artichoke hearts & shredded mozzarella. - Step 3
Place the sheet tray in the oven & bake at 425ºF according to package instructions, about 12-15 min. - Step 4
When the crust is golden brown & the cheese is melty, remove the pizza from the oven. Cut the pizza into 4 or 6 slices. Top with fresh basil (optional). Serve & enjoy!
