Spinach (frozen)

Artichoke hearts

Cream cheese

Mayonnaise
1/4 cup
Parmesan (grated)
1/4 cup
Mozzarella (shredded)

Garlic powder

Drain & roughly chop the artichoke hearts. - Step 2
Heat a drizzle of oil in a small pan over medium heat. Add frozen spinach, garlic powder, salt & pepper. Stir & cook until heated through, about 3 min. - Step 3
Add in chopped artichokes, cream cheese & mayo. Cook & stir until well-combined. About 2-3 min. - Step 4
Stir in grated parmesan & shredded mozzarella until well-combined. The texture should be mostly smooth & creamy. - Step 5
Serve the dip warm with crunchy pita chips. Enjoy!
