Flour tortilla (medium)

Ground beef

1/2 cup
Salsa

1/8 cup
Sour cream

1/4 cup
Cheddar (shredded)

- Step 1
Heat a drizzle of oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef. Cook for 3-5 min, breaking the meat apart with a spatula as it cooks. - Step 2
Add the salsa to the beef. Mix to combine. (Like it spicy? Add some chili pepper, cayenne or hot sauce!) - Step 3
Remove the pan from the heat. Spread the beef-salsa mixture over half of each tortilla. Top with sour cream & shredded cheese. Add fresh cilantro (optional). - Step 4
Fold the tortillas in half. - Step 5
Add them to the same dry pan over medium heat. Cook for 2-3 min on each side, or until crispy & golden brown. - Step 6
Slice the quesadillas into wedges. Enjoy!
