  • Step 1
    Wash, peel & cube the potatoes.
  • Step 2
    Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the potatoes. Cook for 15 min, or until fork-tender.
  • Step 3
    Parboil the sausages (if needed).
  • Step 4
    Add a drizzle of oil & the chicken stock to a pan over medium heat. Stir together.
  • Step 5
    Add the sausages. Brown for 2-3 min. Reduce the heat to low & let cook while you finish the potatoes.

    Drain the potatoes.
  • Step 7
    In a bowl, combine the milk, potatoes, butter, salt & pepper. Mash it all together until smooth & creamy.
  • Step 8
    Serve the sausages over the mashed potatoes. Drizzle the pan juices over top. Enjoy!
