  • Step 1
    Wash & thinly slice the cucumber.
  • Step 2
    Spread the cream cheese over large flour tortilla or wrap.
  • Step 3
    Arrange the smoked salmon, baby spinach & cucumber over the cream cheese. Squeeze the lemon juice over all. Season with salt & pepper. Add a drizzle of olive oil.
  • Step 4
    Then roll it up. Slice the wrap in half on the diagonal. Enjoy!
