Crème fraîche
1/4
Lemon
2 slices
Smoked salmon
1 tbsp
Parmesan (grated)

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. - Step 2
Slice the smoked salmon into pieces. - Step 3
Drain the pasta & return it to the same pot. Add a drizzle of olive oil, the crème fraîche, lemon juice (1/4 of a lemon per serving) & lemon zest. Season with salt & pepper. Mix it all together. - Step 4
Add the sliced salmon & grated parmesan. Toss to combine. Finish with another drizzle of olive oil. Enjoy!
