Halve & toast a bagel. - Step 2
Halve the avocado. Remove the pit & peel. Thinly slice the avocado & set aside. - Step 3
Generously spread tzatziki on the buns. You can substitute sour cream or cream cheese seasoned with dill if needed) - Step 4
Layer the bottom bagel half with avocado, smoked salmon & mixed baby greens or arugula. Add the lemon zest & juice. Season with a drizzle of olive oil, salt & pepper. Serve & enjoy!
