  • Step 1
    Wash & thinly slice the cucumber.
  • Step 2
    Spread the cream cheese over the bread slices. (Toast the bread beforehand for more crunch!)
  • Step 3
    Top with salmon & cucumber. Season with black pepper. Add a squeeze of lemon juice & a drizzle of olive oil. Zest some lemon over top. Garnish with chopped chives (optional). Enjoy!
