Cook the rice according to the package instructions. - Step 2
Meanwhile, add a drizzle of oil to a pan over medium heat. Pat the salmon bone-dry. Lay the salmon in the pan & cook for 3-4 min on each side, or until cooked through. - Step 3
Serve the salmon over fluffed rice, seasoned with olive oil, salt & pepper. Yum!
