  • Step 1
Cut paneer into 1 inch cubes.
  • Step 2
Peel & finely chop the onion.
  • Step 3
Thaw the frozen spinach according to package instructions. Finely chop the spinach. Or pureé in a food processor. Set aside.
  • Step 4
Heat a drizzle of oil on a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add paneer in a single layer. Cook undisturbed, 1-2 min per side, until browned & crisp. Season with salt & transfer to a paper towel lined plate.
  • Step 5
Heat another drizzle of oil in the same pan over medium heat. Add the onion. Stir & cook for 1 min, until fragrant. Grate in the garlic & ginger. Add garam masala, salt, pepper & a pinch of turmeric if you have. Sauté 5-7 min until evenly browned.
  • Step 6
Stir in the chopped spinach. Reduce the heat. Add 1-2 tbsp water & 2 tbsp heavy cream. Mix until well combined & creamy, about 2 min.

Serve with warm naan & enjoy!
