    Cut the melon in half. Scoop out the seeds. Remove the peel. Thinly slice the melon.
  • Step 2
    Cut the avocado in half. Remove the pit & peel. Thinly slice the avocado.
  • Step 3
    Add the salad greens, melon, avocado & cooked shrimp to a bowl. Toss to combine. Top with crumbled feta cheese, salt, pepper & a drizzle of olive oil. Enjoy!
