Pierogies (frozen)

1/4 lb
Kielbasa

1/8
Green cabbage

2 tbsp
Sour cream

1 tsp
Dijon mustard

1/4
Yellow onion

1/8 bunch
Dill (fresh)

- Step 1
Preheat the oven to 425ºF. Peel & thinly slice the yellow onion. - Step 2
Thinly slice the cabbage - Step 3
Slice the kielbasa into 1 inch pieces. - Step 4
Line a sheet tray with parchment paper or foil. Add sliced cabbage & onion. Add a generous drizzle of olive oil & season with salt & pepper. Mix together & top with the pierogies & kielbasa. Top with another drizzle of oil, salt & pepper. Bake for 20-25 min or until the cabbage is soft & the pierogies are golden brown. - Step 5
Meanwhile, combine the sour cream & dijon mustard. Season with salt & pepper. Stir & set aside. - Step 6
Remove the tray from the oven. Garnish with dill (optional) & serve with the sour cream sauce. Enjoy!
