  • Step 1
    Remove any damaged outer leaves from the sprouts. Trim the stems.
  • Step 2
    Thinly slice the Brussels sprouts. Rinse them in a colander under running water.
  • Step 3
    Coarsely chop the hazelnuts.
  • Step 4
    Heat a drizzle of oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the paprika.
  • Step 5
    Pour in the Brussels sprouts. Season with salt & pepper. Cook, stirring for 5-7 min.
  • Step 6
    Serve the Brussels sprouts garnished with parmesan cheese, lemon juice, lemon zest & hazelnuts.
