Brussels sprouts (fresh)
1/4
Lemon
1 tbsp
Parmesan (grated)
1 tbsp
Hazelnuts

Remove any damaged outer leaves from the sprouts. Trim the stems. - Step 2
Thinly slice the Brussels sprouts. Rinse them in a colander under running water. - Step 3
Coarsely chop the hazelnuts. - Step 4
Heat a drizzle of oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the paprika. - Step 5
Pour in the Brussels sprouts. Season with salt & pepper. Cook, stirring for 5-7 min. - Step 6
Serve the Brussels sprouts garnished with parmesan cheese, lemon juice, lemon zest & hazelnuts. - Step 7
