  • Step 1
    Preheat the oven to 350°F. In a small bowl, combine the flour, parmesan & butter. Season with salt & pepper. Mix with your hands until the mixture forms a crumbly texture.
  • Step 2
    Wash the cherry tomatoes. Add them to a greased baking dish. Sprinkle with dried or freshly chopped thyme. Season with salt & pepper. Stir it all together.
  • Step 3
    Top with dollops or crumbles of goat cheese. Season again with salt & pepper. Arrange the parmesan-flour mixture over the tomatoes & cheese. Bake for 30-40 min, until the top is golden brown.
  • Step 4
    Remove from the oven. Serve & enjoy!
