  • Step 1
    Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain & set aside. Mince the garlic.
  • Step 2
    Add the sausage to a pan over medium heat. Stir, breaking it into pieces with a spatula. Add the garlic.
  • Step 3
    Season with salt & pepper. Cook, stirring for 3-5 min.
  • Step 4
    Add the tomatoes & oregano. Season with salt & pepper. Reduce the heat to low. Cover & simmer for 5-7 min.
  • Step 5
    Add the pasta & a drizzle of olive oil to the pan. Mix to combine.
  • Step 6
    Serve the saucy pasta in bowls garnished with parmesan & fresh basil leaves (optional). Mangia!
