Italian pork sausage (ground)
3/4 cup
Tomatoes (canned, peeled)
1/2 clove
Garlic
1/2 tsp
Oregano (dried)

1 tbsp
Parmesan (grated)
optional
1 tbsp
Basil (fresh)

- Step 1
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain & set aside. Mince the garlic. - Step 2
Add the sausage to a pan over medium heat. Stir, breaking it into pieces with a spatula. Add the garlic. - Step 3
Season with salt & pepper. Cook, stirring for 3-5 min. - Step 4
Add the tomatoes & oregano. Season with salt & pepper. Reduce the heat to low. Cover & simmer for 5-7 min. - Step 5
Add the pasta & a drizzle of olive oil to the pan. Mix to combine. - Step 6
Serve the saucy pasta in bowls garnished with parmesan & fresh basil leaves (optional). Mangia!
