Greek Yogurt (plain)
1 cup
Strawberries
3 tbsp
Sugar (granulated)
1/4 cup
Almonds (whole, unsalted)
2 tbsp

- Step 1
Preheat the oven to 375°F. Wash, trim & quarter the strawberries. - Step 2
Add the strawberries to a parchment-lined baking dish. Sprinkle with a third of the sugar. Stir to coat the strawberries in the sugar. Bake for 15 min at 375°F. - Step 3
Add the water, the remainder of the sugar & the almonds to a small pot over medium-high heat. - Step 4
Stir until the sugar is dissolved. Then allow the mixture to bubble & thicken. Keep stirring constantly as the liquid hardens around the almonds. This whole process should take about 5 min! - Step 5
Quickly transfer the almonds to a sheet of parchment paper to cool. - Step 6
Remove the strawberries from the oven. Set them aside to cool. - Step 7
Roughly chop the cooled candied almonds. - Step 8
Layer the yogurt, berries & almonds in parfait cups or glasses. Garnish each parfait cup with a whole fresh strawberry (optional). Enjoy!
