Preheat the oven to 375°F. If using frozen salmon, defrost it beforehand. Wash & trim the asparagus. Cut the asparagus stalks into thirds. - Step 2
Lay the asparagus on a baking sheet. Top with a drizzle of olive oil, salt & pepper. Bake for 5 min at 375°F. - Step 3
Remove the pan from the oven. Arrange the salmon on the baking sheet. Season the fish with salt, pepper & olive oil. Bake for another 7-10 min, or until the salmon is cooked to your liking. - Step 4
Remove from the oven. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over top. Serve & enjoy!
