Provolone cheese (slices)

Mayonnaise

Tomato
1 handful
Shredded lettuce
2 slices
Sourdough bread

Toast the bread slices to your liking. Meanwhile, wash & slice the tomato. - Step 2
Spread the mayo on each slice of bread. On one slice of bread, add the provolone cheese, sliced tomato, shredded lettuce & roast beef. Season with salt & pepper. Top with the second piece of bread. - Step 3
Slice the sandwich in half & serve with a side of potato chips, if desired. Enjoy!
