1/4 cup
Sauerkraut
2 slices
Swiss cheese (slices)
1 tbsp
Thousand Island dressing
2 slices
Rye bread
4 oz
Corned beef (sliced)

Stovetop, Cast Iron Skillet, Frying pan, Knife

- Step 1
Butter one side of each slice of bread. - Step 2
Flip the bread & add Thousand Island dressing to the other side of each slice. - Step 3
On one slice of bread, add the corned beef, sauerkraut & swiss cheese. Top with the other slice of bread (butter side facing out). - Step 4
Pre-heat a skillet on medium heat & add the sandwich. Cook for about 3 min on one side. Flip & cook for an additional 3 min until the bread is well browned & cheese is melted. - Step 5
Slice & serve with your favorite chips & a pickle! :-)
