  • Step 1
    Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the burgers. Season the burgers with salt & pepper. Cover & cook for about 3 min per side or until cooked to your liking. Remove & let rest.
  • Step 2
    In the same pan, melt a dab of butter over medium-high heat. Add the burger buns on the crumb side & toast for about 2 min, or until golden. Reserve.
  • Step 3
    Meanwhile, slice the mozzarella into rounds.
  • Step 4
    Assemble the burgers! Spread the base of the bun with red pesto. Add the burger, followed by the mozzarella & arugula. Add a drizzle of balsamic glaze & olive oil on top. Add salt & pepper, then close the burger. Serve & enjoy!
